Two ways to log in
There are two ways to log in to Hei Baji. The first is to sign in directly with your registered mobile number and password. The second is to use your username and password instead. You can also log in quickly via OTP — the most convenient option if you can't remember your password. Just enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile and you're in.
Tips for Staying Logged In Safely
Security is our top priority at Hei Baji. Keep the following in mind to protect your account:
- Strong password: At least 8 characters, combining uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA): Enable it from Profile Settings.
- Public device warning: If you log in from a cyber café or shared device, always log out when you're done.
- Never share your password: No Hei Baji staff member will ever ask for your password.
- Keep your app updated: Get the best security features by keeping your app up to date.
What to do if you forget your password?
Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to set a new password. The whole process takes just 2–3 minutes.
Log in on multiple devices simultaneously
Hei Baji allows you to log in to the same account from multiple devices at the same time. However, for security purposes, signing in from an unrecognized device may trigger a warning notification on your mobile. If you did not initiate this login, change your password immediately and contact Support.
Log in via mobile app
The Hei Baji app makes logging in even faster and more convenient. Once signed in, you can use biometric authentication — fingerprint or face unlock — for future access, so a forgotten password is never a problem.
